Responsibilities:
- Install and configure WordPress sites.
- Convert PSD to WordPress theme.
- Convert website to WordPress.
- Integrate social media applications into WordPress sites.
- Develop responsive WordPress sites.
- Customise WordPress themes.
- Customise WordPress plugins.
- Customise WordPress widgets.
- WordPress site and database migrations.
-Secure WordPress sites.
Required skills and experience:
- At least 12 months working experience as a WordPress developer.
- Solid HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/PHP/MySQL skills – neat code.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Thinks outside of the square.
- Passion for all things web.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Fast learner.
Desired, but not essential:
- Google Analytics and SEO.
- WooCommerce and eCommerce.
- OpenCart, Joomla or other CMS.
