Oakwood Premier Hotel has invited the CEO of Yats Wine Cellars, Mr. Denny Wang, to conduct a 20-minute seminar/forum during this wine event. The topic of this seminar is Wine Ageing Process. Mr. Wang will go through some of the important points about the ageing process which will help the guests to understand how wines mature inside the bottle. It will also answer the question of why some wines age better than others. This information might come in handy for wine collectors as well as those interested or already engaged in wine investments.
